Log in to www.mydestinybisd.org

• Note any alerts, announcements, events, and Twitter updates.
• Click on the Settings link in the top right
• Complete the fields under the Parents section for one or both parents. Click Submit
• From MyDestiny Home Page click Career Discovery on left tab bar. Search parent’s occupation titles.
• If you do not know your parent’s occupation, then continue researching more ranked occupation on the Career Discovery matches page.

  Research information on 3 different types of jobs.
  Find out the following for each job:
  • level of education
  • any certification required
  • salary
  • job availability in Texas
